Tony Wilson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with over 25 years of experience, specializing in strength and conditioning, endurance and stamina, stabilization and balance, core and plyometrics.

Tony creates customized, integrated, dynamic, and balanced fitness profiles for each of his clients, incorporating diet and nutrition information and guidelines to provide a 360 degree approach to their sports and fitness goals. He is deeply committed to enabling his clients to transform their health and to increase their endurance and physical stamina.


Tony has worked with High Schools such as:

  • Hopkins High School Girls Basketball 5th.-12th. grade

  • Holy Family High School Girls and  Boys Basketball 9th.-12th.

  • Kennedy High School Girls and Boys Basketball 9th.-12th.

  • Jefferson High School Girls Basketball 9th.-12th.

  • Orono High School Girls Basketball 9th.-12th.

Tony is a perfectionist when it comes to basketball mechanics and fundamentals.  He trains the body to fight through fatigue in order to hit that last minute jump shot with perfect form,  to shut down the best player on the court with intense defense,  and to hit that game winning free-throw!

Tony's training focuses on speed, agility, quickness, strength and conditioning, plyometrics and core training.
